Otap (food)
''Otap'' (sometimes spelled ''utap'') is an oval-shaped〔(Otap - Cebu Central - [ Best of Cebu ] )〕 puff pastry in the Philippines, especially common in Cebu where it originated.〔(BongBong's Piaya & Barquillos - Special Utap )〕 It usually consists of a combination of flour, shortening, coconut, and sugar.
